She has provided counsel to a diverse clientele, including over 25 commercial banks and financial institutions, advising on securities creation, debt finance, and risk management.

Educationally, Nelly holds an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Her career includes pivotal roles at ANL Law Advocates, Oraro & Company Advocates, and senior positions at global firms like DLA Piper, IKM Advocates, and Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews.
